A couple of weeks ago, we awoke to no heat and no hot water. In addition, I noticed that our hot water exchange tank was leaking around the bottom. I immediately called your shop and was treated so well by the receptionist. She understood the importance of our problem and said she would be happy to send someone right away. By 10:00 a worker was at my home. It turned out to be a fairly big job, requiring a complete replacement of the water exchange tank and repairs to the boiler. Dan was working down in Price but contacted me by telephone and assured me that he was sending his best team to work with my sometimes difficult boiler. He was confident and made me feel at ease with the work that would be done. William and his team began the work and I was so impressed. Will was able to quickly diagnose the problem, address all of my questions directly, and guarantee me that he would stay until the job was complete. It was so nice to feel confident in his knowledge of our specific systems and problem.

Finally, at almost 10:00 pm, Will and his team finished their work. I was amazed that they stayed so long and was very pleased with the outcome. Who could ask for better service? Although the bill pinched a bit, I paid it happily knowing that I had received the best quality service from men who really cared about their work. They were kind, patient, and professional. I just thought you should be aware of the caliber of service that you have in both Dan and William. We will continue to use and recommend Western Heating for all of our associated needs.

I just want you to know how much I appreciate you and your company taking care of my A/C problem. When I got the quotes from the other company who wanted to (1) replace the compressor @ $3,179, or (2) replace the A/C unit @ $4,494 or (3) replace both the A/C and the Heating units @ $8,892, I just about had a heart attack! But, I am so glad that I found you in the Value Pages and got a second opinion. Your responsiveness and customer service was great, but most especially your total honesty made all the difference with me! John was able to take care of the real problem for just a fraction of the cost.

Seems to me the other company only wanted to make money by forcing me to make a choice without really telling me what the real problem was, which was some clogged lines and dirty coils. Rest assured that you have my business from now on and I will be telling others of the great experience I had with you. Thank you very much.
