Customer Service Representative
Mark has his Associates Degree in broadcasting. He has worked in customer service for more than 23 years. He has earned certifications and awards in Toastmasters Int. and DTM. He likes working with the great group of people who are at Western. In Mark's free time he loves to golf and speaking publicly. Mark has competed in and won a number of speaking contests and he has also worked hard to loose over 230 lbs. in 25 months.
